The venue

Partizala is a 180 m² hall in Banishora, a district of Sofia close to the city centre. It is not a restaurant back room and not a shared space: for the hours you book, the hall is yours alone, so the music, the running order and the decoration are entirely up to you.

The floor plan is open, which makes it easy to rearrange. Tables and chairs can be set for a seated dinner, pushed to the sides for a standing reception, or grouped around the booths and lounge areas to leave a clear dance floor in front of the sound system. Capacity is up to 100 guests and the realistic number depends on which of those layouts you pick.

Guests arrive through a separate foyer, which keeps coats, gifts and late arrivals out of the main room, and there are four restrooms — a detail that matters more than people expect once a party passes fifty or sixty guests.

The standard rental covers the hall and everything permanently installed in it, so you are not renting an empty room and then hiring the basics separately.

A projector and screen are not part of the standard rental and can be arranged on prior request, subject to availability — worth flagging early if your event includes a presentation.

Rental terms and how booking works

The hall is rented for up to 8 consecutive hours. Evening events end at 04:00 at the latest, and security is provided for every evening event. From Sunday to Thursday there is a 25% discount off the hall rate for a standard rental, which is worth knowing if your date is flexible.

Pricing depends on the date, the hours, the number of guests, the layout and any extra services, so it is quoted per enquiry rather than published as a single figure. To get it: pick a date in the booking calendar on the site and send a request with your hours, guest count and the services you are interested in.
